The riwayat of Hafs and Warsh are not two competing versions of the Qur-an. (Indeed, there is only one version of the Qur-an.) These are simply modes of recitation, and both are agreed upon by all scholars of recitation without disagreement.
Moreover, the two modes are only used for the audio recitation and not the text itself. This is planned in the future, when the differences in recitation will be made available visually, insha-Allah.
